Cut Down is Always recommended in this matchup. You will proc it lvl 1 onwards if he starts any Doran's items.
Overview
Matchup Tip: Only use your E in this matchup to cancel Lee Sin's Q. It is a direct counter to his Q.
Level 1: You can Quinn Cheese level 1 from the bush, but don't use your E unless you're confident you can do it quick. The problem is Lee might Q you back, and without your E he will win the trade hard after this.
Level 2-5: You hard counter Lee if you save E strictly to cancel his Q. If you blind Lee with your Q, he can't ward hop away.
Level 6: If you blind Lee and leave nearsight during his R, his R gets cancelled from your Q. This is more gimmicky, but keep it in mind. Lee's biggest chance of killing you is an insect play, so if he does that, you'll E his follow-up Q and you'll have to go on a marathon run away from him to get back to your tower.
What To Do
First, your E cancels Lee Sin Q, so save E for this. A good Lee will Q you if you E first and he will hard win the trade. Only use E to cancel his Q in this matchup.
If you blind Lee, he can't ward hop, he can only hop on his minions.
He does a lot of damage, but the matchup is so Quinn sided it doesnt even matter.
Use Q and AAs to bully him, and only E his Q. If you follow this, then Lee Sin is unable to do anything.
The only thing you have to worry about is post 6. Lee will ward hop, kick flash, or stride breaker after Q to set up a good gank on you.
If he kicks you from insec, instantly E his following Q and you will be okay.
